Refund & Return Policy

Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Damaged, defective or wrong items can be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a free pickup and replacement.

Groceries, perishables, personal care items that have been opened, innerwear, customised or made-to-order products and digital items are not returnable unless damaged on arrival.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days, or instantly to your TSKart Wallet if you choose wallet refund.

Wallet amounts used on the original order are returned to the wallet. Referral commission paid on a returned order is reversed.
