TSKart.com is an online marketplace connecting customers with verified local businesses, brands, wholesalers, manufacturers and home-based sellers across Telangana and India.

You must register an account before placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

Accounts used for fraud, abuse of offers or referral manipulation may be blocked without notice.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. MRP is the seller-declared maximum retail price.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when we confirm the order. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is out of stock or mispriced.

We accept UPI, cards, net banking, no-cost EMI, TSKart Wallet and Cash on Delivery on eligible pincodes.

TSKart Wallet balance can be used towards any order and holds no cash-withdrawal value unless required by law.

Referral commission is credited to the referrer's wallet at the rate published on the site (currently 2% of order value) once a referred customer's order is placed.

TSKart may revise the referral rate, and may reverse commission earned on cancelled, returned or fraudulent orders.

Sellers are responsible for product authenticity, listing accuracy, GST compliance and packaging.

TSKart's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order in question, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
